“Hotel Regina in Madrid is in central downtown area. Very convenient for travellers and sightseeing. Lots of restaurants nearby and only 10-15 minutes walk from main shopping streets. “가격대는 좀 비쌌지만 솔광장, 마요르광장,시장, 아토차역 등 관광지가 전부 도보권이예요 위치는 강추합니다 그런데 청소상태가 아주 깨끗하지는 않았어요 곳곳에 머리카락 발견, 개미도 한마리 보았구요 특히 맞은편이 클럽이라 수요일부터 금요일까지는 잠을 좀 설쳤습니다. 청소한다고 노크 후 바로 문을 벌컥 열고 들어와 놀라기도 했어요. 하지만 물,커피,티슈.타월 등 청소시 요청하면 바로 보충해주었고 룸클리닝은 매일 이루어졌으며 청소는 아주 완벽하진 않지만 깨끗하게 정돈 해주었습니다. 특히 세탁기 있는게 정말 좋았어요 사용법은 챗지피티한테 물어보세요 그래도 특별한 문제없이 5일 숙박했습니다. 위치 때문에 일단 추천합니다”

“Very safe and secure. Extremely clean. Great staff. Excellent location, within walking distance to to excellent dining options, museum, and parks. Even though our stay was for only one night, I would definitely choose it if I was to stay longer as well. “1）图片與實際房型不符合 2）房間裏未開的紅酒不見，我曾要求服務人員隔日送回，仍然未送回，飯店主管知曉後也有要求他們再次送回，但是服務人員仍然不理會，経我又反應，主管單位才知曉，雖然後耒有處理，但是五星飯店有如此怠慢的態度，顕然管理有問題。 3）最後一天飯店主管給予3:00PM late check out的優惠，但是當日櫃枱人員仍然打電話要求立即退房，原因是有人已經要搬入，距離飯店主管給的時間還有二小時.....。 這個五星級酒店應該多降二級。 ”
