“Hotel is in great location. Staff service was average and could have been better and more friendly I think. We had to ask twice for lower pillows which they said wasn't available the first time we asked. They also promised a higher floor room for us to change into, but never happened. “It's more like a hostel than a hotel. There is a microwave in the room which is very useful, but the mugs are cracked though still could be used.
