“Hotel was closed for renovations and they didn’t inform us before we arrived. We had to look for an alternative place to stay at night and Expedia was not helpful either with finding another hotel. I would never recommend this place because of the lack of communication and inconvenience caused! ”

“It was not good in fact it sucked. The food was awful,the manager was also awful. Under construction loud and noisy. Piles of sand everywhere. You could barely see the beach. Brown mold on the walls. So unhappy with this we checked out early they wouldn't give me my money back. Hotels you would not refund my money. So you suck also will never do business with again. Thanks for nothing. You ruined my holiday.😡”

“Väldigt bra service, framförallt av Roboni som hjälpte oss med att boka taxi och utflykter till ett bra pris. Frukosten stor men något ensidig, inte den bästa. Det serveras inte alkohol i restaurangen men helt ok mat. Väldigt gott om solstolar, två pooler och ligger precis på stranden. Lugnt och fridfullt trots att det ligger mitt i smeten.”

“Vi havde kun en enkelt overnatning. Fint værelse og personalet var meget venlige. Dejligt med en lille pool på taget, der manglede dog parasoller så vi kunne komme i skygge. Ligger meget centralt i forhold til shopping og udflugter”

“Everything was perfect... Manager Maria and other staff were very helpful and kind, they helped us arrange every transportation we need and the tour to Prison Island & Stone Town. Beautiful beautiful bungalow and well-maintained. Awesome experience that you won't regret staying in, very reasonable price and I will definitely come back to this resort if I visit Zanzibar again... ”

“酒店秩序井然，设施、花园、卫生等各方面维护都很好，看得出管理层很用心，而且总会热情地打招呼问候及了解顾客感受和需要改进的地方。酒店位置离石头城很近，景色很美，有水上活动中心和马厩可以划船骑马，还有自行车可以骑到高尔夫球场去玩，当然可以打一场高尔夫看看。有小块海滩比较远一点，也不适合海里游泳，想玩海滩的听说岛北部比较合适。只是休闲的话还是很推荐的”

“Booked superior seaview room and seaview window is at toilet which is higher than normal people eye level. Double check if breakfast is included in the booking in hotels.com as the website offer two breakfast option with different price which is a bit confusing. Tried to contact hotel to confirm via booking website and official hotel email address a few time but no luck.”

“Perhaps there are better rooms, but our room ( nadia) is very noisy throughout our stay. Not just u could hear people shouting and chirldren playing and car horns, but the worst is that there are some sort of aircon machines right outside yr window so u can also hear the engine sound. There are too many more quiet but equally convenient boutique hotels in Stonetown but since we had already paid so we could not change hotel. DONT TRUST THE COMMENTS ANY MORE FROM HOTELS.COM! (P.S. WE COME FROM……

“A beautiful hotel, with lovely friendly happy staff, who always gave a huge morning welcome at breakfast time. Delicious healthy breakfast and the best coffee, I've tasted in a long time, I had to go back for another. I felt very safe and it's in a great location to get to/from the ferry and to walk around to the shops and restaurants. ”
