“We had a lovely stay at Kena beach hotel for 13 nights. Rooms was very spacious. Beds were comfortable and equipped with moskito net. Every evening the rooms are sprayed with bug spray. Little terasse outside with a rack to dry swimwear or other small things. All staff was super friendly and nice. Pool is covered with roof so it was not getting too hot, the sea was always very warm. There is also sun loungers and sofas both in sun and shade. We decided to take all-inclusive, which was fine, but……

“Me and my friend had an excellent stay for 3 nights. Perfect villa with pool view but quiet and private. The property i stunning. An hidden oasis! Great big pool. Perfect service, tasty food and drinks. And as a surprise they arranged poolside dinner for everyone one night and the cinema at the beach another night. We loved it! Perfect getaway from our busy lives! Not the best place for a swin in the ocean - it is posdible - and the hotel also provided free car transport to a better beach……

“What a great place to have your holiday. We’re can I start the hotel so beautiful location is perfect is like paradise next to the beach and I know is mark 3 star but I felt like I was 4 star. “The hotel is very new next to the new stadium sports complex which is one year old. There was some problems with the shower door and safe but the staff quickly moved us to another room. Breakfast and room service were very good. The shower has excellent strong water pressure and air cons work very well. You have to get a taxi into the centre of stone town which will cost you USD15 each way, but it is worth for the convenience of being away from the hustle and bustle - it was peaceful. ”

“I can’t recommend Clove Island highly enough. The setting is stunning, right on a super quiet beach and so relaxing and zen. The design of the apartments is gorgeous, so much attention to detail, it felt like a serene beach house.
