“我入住三晚，每晚我都要到櫃檯更換毛巾、浴巾、枕頭套，因為每天更換的都還是非常髒，有明顯髒污、黑痕跟口紅印。掛上Room service的牌子，留給房務人員的小費收走了，但洗髮精、lotion、肥皂都沒補，床也沒整理，非常糟糕。房間在拉上窗簾後非常昏暗，半夜車流聲很大、呼嘯而過，房外有濃厚大麻味。淺眠者的住宿噩夢。”

“Property is like any other Courtyard, but this location is located in an area where there is no dining or entertainment options. Its a good hotel, but you have to get in your car to do any activities in the area.”

“Most people would tell you to stay away from Downtown LA as much as possible, which is kinda true if you want to stay away from most of the homeless people. I remember I had a night where a concert ended in LA LIVE and the area was packed with participants and homeless people. The next day you can see and smell vomit and piss basically everywhere near the hotel. The room is comfortable for a 3-star hotel but I am on the side that they can improve their hygienic level. You can see stains lying……
