“This hotel was not really our style of hotel, but was clean and comfortable. When we tried to get out of the last two days of the itinerary, hotels.com was not very helpful, told me I had to deal with the hotel itself, even though we booked using the website. I did go to the front desk and was told that I had to deal with hotels.com. When I showed them my conversation with hotel.com, they made a real effort to solve the issue we had. In the end, Nancy from the front desk moved us to a suite……
“All went well, the breakfast was very good, the room was just what we needed. If there was one thing that didn’t go well, it was the excessive noise and banging going on in the room directly above us on the 4th floor, making it hard to go to sleep. But this was not the hotel’s fault. I would stay here again. ”
“The bathroom paint was terrible which made it seem dingy.. the vanity area floor was really dirty didn’t look like they every cleans behind sink and wall. But I loved the fridge and microwave. The over all room was nice!! ”
