“Great stay on the beach, near restaurants and night clubs”

“The only reason for not giving the 5 start is because of parking, the hotel is awesome and is in the best posible location, a lot to do and see around walking distance but theres no parking in the hotel, you need to drive couple of blocks to an underground parking and it is a lil bit of a mission. If you are not renting a car perfect but if you are renting a car is going to be challenging to park even driving around palma is crazy. Other than that the staff and hotel are awesome!”

“Great location and very nice stay in a luxurious room/suite that needs some attention. In the ads the fireplace was working and now that is not the case. The main reason I picked the room was for the fireplace. Also, the bathtub faucet was not working so we could not fill it. I told the nice lady at the front desk. ”
