“The heater was not working in the first day, under -2 temperature in the winter. The staff should test the facilities in advance, considering such a classic, high-end, quality hotel.”

“Amazing location, way beyond my expectations!!! However I don’t think I’ll live at the top bunk cuz every time I wanna go down it will take some courage… Another thing is that they will need to use passcode and sometimes I can get lost when I first came here. So clean, the restroom just so impressive, quite spacious and they clean it every single day. very affordable, definitely recommend.”

“The property was so beautiful, both inside and in the surrounding gardens, landscape and nearby buildings. The location was fantastic. The washer / dryer was a welcome amenity. The only issue I had was when some unruly (possible?) guests were unable to get the single front door to work at about 4:30 in the morning and woke us up with their screaming and excessive and aggressive pounding on the door. A call to the hotel help line did not resolve the issue, as someone was sent to the property,……

“The view outside was great. The bed was comfortable and clean. The lounge was a bit crowded but all alcohol was free. The location was perfect, very convenient, walking distance to major attractions. The carpark was outside the main entrance of the hotel. But the air conditioning was too cold and couldn't adjust. ”

“Our first post lockdown trip within the country. We accidentally booked the accessible room. Staff was very helpful and changed to another normal room for our 4 night stay. Stylish room with well equipped kitchen. It was a bit warm in the room though. Another little down side was the ground floor room has less natural lights. Delicious breakfast from café Mayvn. We enjoyed our stay very much. Everyone trying to maintain a social distance from each other, sanitising everything after use,……
