“Me and my GF arrived in Birmingham before noon when check in is at 4pm. It was my GF birthday weekend …. She called the front desk to discuss the situation and without hesitation we were told just to drive to the Hotel and a room is already available for us! Once we arrived at the Hotel… the Clerk gave us each a free breakfast card as a birthday gift, upgraded us to a 12th floor Corner room with only 2 other rooms near us! “Beautiful place with interesting architectural updates such as the old elevator repurposed as a walk in closet in the master bedroom. Very well stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Pretty paintings and local artists’ work. The reason for the 4 star rating on description was the stairs. They are steep and there are a lot of them. A handicapped person would not be able to access the unit. I have a bad hip and it was very difficult for me to climb them. The stairwell……

“I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed staying at The Frank, in this studio. It was so clean, perfectly decorated and had everything we needed. Close to everything. Jacob was quick to communicate and every single thing went so smooth. We will stay there again in the future! The bed was so comfortable. They also have a Peleton in the gym! 😁 we loved it!”
