“Great place to stay and very good location. Very clean room and immaculate bathroom. Well appointed. A deluxe double room without a window was a bit dark, would have been nice to know this when booking. Probably wouldn’t have stayed there for more than 1 night because of that. However the properly was very clean, easy to check in and very reasonably priced”

“This was ny second time staying at this property. My first time was October 2024, 2nd time August 2025. This hotel provides comfort and convenience. I especially want to thank Frezer for her consistent and warm hospitality. Frezer always took the time to ensure my stay was comfortable and i had everything i needed. I will stay here again. ”

“酒店位置不错，就在海德公园旁边，附近有2个地铁站。订的双床房，房间很小，刚入住插电时保险丝烧坏，房间没电了，也修不好，给我们临时换了大床房，结果连住几天也没有服务员给我们换回双床房（请改进）。酒店没有冷空调，被子还很厚，走廊都比房间凉快，睡觉一身汗太难受。”

“It was lovely to stay at this hotel where it's very close to King's Cross station. Room is not very big but enough for 2 people. Staffs are very helpful regarding to luggage storage after checking out. £3 per luggage. Overall it's a nice stay at Point A hotel King's Cross!”

“We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.”
