“Love the boardwalk ”

“Location was great for our needs, dining, beach access & commuting. The unit itself (301) was ok but not the cleanest. The bathrooms were bad, not much effort was put into cleaning them. The water was hard & left a film on the eating utensils, also not great for showering. There was a broom, but no dust pan, mop but no bucket & not one piece of beach equipment (chairs,cooler,umbrella or even kids bucket/shovel). We like the unit location of unit as it was on the end. The pool area was great,……

“We booked the little pink house, only to discover it acquired damage from the storm. Andi quickly asked if I wanted a refund, or to offer other locations. We wanted to see the sun, so we took her up on the offer. We stayed at her Indian rock shores location which included a pool. The bed was comfy, pillows were so soft and nice.when the wind was to much to take on the beach (which was one block away) we would sit by the pool. There was a sitting area on the porch for shade during the mid-day……

“This property was wonderful. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The view was fantastic and the pool, beach chairs and bar were great additions to the experience. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We loved it and hope to come back. ”

“It was a good little place for what I was using it for. It was advertised as a beachfront but we had to walk a through a parking lot and public parking to get to the beach. It was a 2 minute walk. It was also advertised there was an outdoor shower. There was dirt packed on the floor and the shower head didn’t work so it was inoperable. The room didn’t seem very well cleaned. The microwave was dirty with past guests food and the shower curtain was stained. ”

“Property is exactly as described, "grandmas beach cottage". The unit definitely feels a bit dated but it wasnt a problem, TVs in each room, and the AC works well. The balcony (only one on the building) was a great place to relax and watch the sunsets.We'll be back to this one for aure!wil”
