“This cottage was absolutely amazing! Location was everything. You are on a dead end street and just a few steps to the beach. This side of the beach isn’t crowded and is dog friendly. If you have kids, the rental gives you access to a pool and tennis courts right across the street. The cottage has a great seating area in the back with a hot tub and grill. It’s a little private oasis. If you want to get away from the commercialized beach setting, this end of the beach is perfect! You are still……

“We booked the little pink house, only to discover it acquired damage from the storm. Andi quickly asked if I wanted a refund, or to offer other locations. We wanted to see the sun, so we took her up on the offer. We stayed at her Indian rock shores location which included a pool. The bed was comfy, pillows were so soft and nice.when the wind was to much to take on the beach (which was one block away) we would sit by the pool. There was a sitting area on the porch for shade during the mid-day……

“We had a great week staying at Linda’s place! This was one of the most relaxing weeks my wife and I have had in a while. Her place on the beach is exactly what we were looking for. It was nice to hang on the beach all day and walk 30 yards to the condo for lunch or whatever we needed.Linda’s communication is excellent. There was some work being done on the beach before we arrived and she relayed this information before we arrived. We look forward to planning our next trip to her lovely……

“We are locals, so looking for a quick weekend getaway— this absolutely exceeded our expectations! Megan and Scott communicated quickly about any questions we had, the cottages are so quiet and quaint, in an absolutely ideal location. Walk to the beach is directly across the street, next to cafe de Paris if you want a delicious breakfast. The cottage has everything we needed for our weekend. Clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable! Would stay again ! ”

“We usually rent a big house when we come down to Florida and bring the kids and their friends along, but now that they’re out of the house, we decided to try something different and booked this smaller beach cottage in Pass-a-Grille.
