“My husband wanted to drive to IRB for his birthday. We found this place easily on line, and it went well. The walk to the beach was a bit longer than we expected but certainly doable even for us in our 80”s. We are both short so it was difficult to reach the fan and light chains”

“Overall, our stay was better than expected! There was plenty of space, amenities and necessities for our group of 6. The location was extremely helpful; close to beach access, local eateries/pubs and multiple routes towards Clearwater/Tampa. Our host, Anthony, was very communicative and quickly responded to feedback regarding the property. I absolutely recommend staying here!”

“Beautiful, clean and peaceful. The host was lovely and helpful. Super quick walk to the Gulf and lots of beach chairs, etc. for use. The pool was clean and refreshing. Unfortunately, the pool doesn’t list how deep the water is and I jumped in, breaking my foot, sadly. Other than that hiccup, we had a wonderful time. ”

“Had a wonderful visit with a couple of friends. The property manager is very prompt with responding and even replaced the umbrella and a beach chair for us. There were a few blankets and sheets that weren’t extremely clean when we first got in, but we just popped them in the washing machine.You can’t beat the location. Overall, the property offered a great experience. ”

“This property has everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The beach is calm and not crowded because the condo is not by high rises. Close to everything! We had a lovely relaxing time. Christi responded promptly with any questions we had. ”

“We loved everything about this place. We were near restaurants, the beach, and a beautiful view. Loved watching the wildlife right outside the covered back porch. We had family come over for a couple hours, and they had a blast at the park across the street. And this place supplied all the items we needed for tennis and basketball. Communication was top notch, and the beds were so comfortable, and everything you needed was at your fingertips. ”

“Three families stayed in this house, kids age 15-18 for spring break. The location is great, nice that you're secluded and we never worried we would bother the neighbors if the kids got too loud. Lots of parking was a plus as we had some friends staying in the area and they could just park at our place to walk to the beach. Loved that the beach was never overly crowded, very quiet area. We loved Caddy's and Sharkey's, short walks away. The pool was so nice and the hot tub was great too, spent……
