“The public beach is a minutes walk from here which was awesome. It was nice there are some chairs and umbrellas for you to borrow. Room was very clean and adequate for my needs. There's a great restaurant next to the property which was very convenient. ”

“There was great communication with the host, the apartment was very cute and clean, and the view from the bedroom + adjacent dock was the cherry on top. If we return to Clearwater, we will definitely rebook!”

“We loved this property! Great location, clean, simple, budget-friendly! Parking was close and 1 car is free. There is a little kitchenette which will also save you money because you can cook lots of meals here. The bed was comfortable. If you love simplicity and older motels with a modern twist you'll love it here. The only complaint was that the towels and bed sheets smelled heavily of fabric softener which isn't always good for people with sensitive lungs. The room is bright too because of an……

“The property was walking distance from restaurants, a gas station, and a CVS. Communication with the property owner was amazing. They recommended activities and restaurants and answered back quickly to any questions. It was a great time and took 2 minutes to walk to the beach. Definitely would like to come back again!”

“For an unplanned beach get away, I was lucky to find this little hidden gem. at a great price. I just needed 3 nights for my small 15 lb dog and myself. Great communication with the property owner, easy to check in and out of, clean and close walking distance to the beach. Property had all the things you would need, didn't even have to use items I brought because they had it. Found a small park on the intercoastal side close by. Early risers can catch an intercoastal sunrise and a beach sunset……

“Close to the ocean and about anything else you might want to do while you're staying there?”

“This two bedroom unit in the Surf n Sand had everything our family of four needed for our stay in Clearwater Beach. The kitchen was well supplied and the living/dining area was spacious. We loved being able to enjoy outdoor spaces (tables and pool) with a water view on the quiet side of the island. The decor and furnishings were simple with a retro modern feel. My only suggestion would be to add more hooks for hanging towels (and wet bathing suits). ”
