“We had a great time staying at this cute property. I can’t say more about the location and having chairs and umbrella available for us to take to the beach was a bonus! Was able to take our dog with us who enjoyed swimming for the first time in the ocean and play with the other dogs which were plenty out there.Everyone on the beach were super friendly as well and it was like hanging out with old friends. My only comment of improvement would be to clean up the grill and downstairs area as it……

“Our family comes for vacation and stays at a large resort close by and it is too much noise and people for us, so, being local to the Tampa area, we opted for a less expensive, off the main street, and found this cute little place .4 miles away. The bathroom is a little dingy and old and the place can use a paint job, but it was really quiet and right on the channel. There is even a "watch out for manatees" sign at the end of the dock. And the cutest birds in the trees. We would definitely stay……

“This is a great property. Just a five minute walk to beach, shops and restaurants on the main strip. The house was clean, quiet area and right on the bay. The property listing said there was a pool but there was not. Hopefully they will update that. Highly recommend.”
