“It was a fun place to stay. The location was great and was easy to get a chair on the beach. They had most of the property back in great shape after last year's hurricanes. The only thing was that 2 of the 4 elevators were not working making long waits if you wanted to use them. Was not a huge deal since we used the stairs since we were only on the 4th floor. ”

“Property charges 25 dollars a day for parking that the check-in staff didn't tell us about. Check-in staff ran the deposit through on our credit card twice which resulted in a pending charge that was double what we anticipated. When we brought this to their attention they didn't seem to care much.”

“Expedia and this properties customer service was horrible!! It said it was dog friendly so booked for two nights at $ 400 per night. I called the morning of arrival to confirm and to know we had a dog. Then she goes on to say it is a 30 pound weight limit. My dog is 40. I asked nicely for a refund or a partial refund. She was very rude and said you did not book from us. No where on the Expedia site says anything about a weight limit. So no refund. I don’t remember this hotel or Expedia……
