“The property is brand new and very well kept. It is away from the crowded, noisy area; tucked into the shady woods along Holly Branch creek. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. ”

“This is a great, off of the Main Street hideaway. It is old-school in character but very clean, well maintained, quaint and comfortable. It sits right along the creek with lovely outdoor seating as well as rockers on the porch. The rooms are small but have all that you need. The family that owns it take pride in its care. The price was very reasonable. It’s an easy 5 minute walk to the busy Gatlinburg strip and there is also a shuttle bus stop at the motel if you want to ride to any of the……

“We loved that on the days we didn’t want the room cleaned, a bag of fresh towels and toilet paper was left outside our door. ”

“TV was not connected for some reason. Other than that it was great. WHOEVER the front desk employee was when we checked in needs a HUGE RAISE or potentially a management opportunities. Unless she already is, then that would make sense. She was incredible and made us feel at home at the first hello! ”

“If you go to Gatlinburg, STAY HERE!!! This place was amazing. The view was of course our favorite! Every room has their own balcony over the river that you can fish from! The rooms were perfect! Clean, big enough, and very comfortable beds/pillows. They provided shower toiletries and robes. The staff was friendly and attentive. There is no office, but rather a hostess stand outside that you check into. Each room also comes with your own parking spot! Fridge and Bourbon bar (for extra fee).……

The trolley bus goes right by the hotel and good restaurants nearby too. The only negative thing would be the limited seating for breakfast, which was very basic. Otherwise excellent.”
