“We had a fabulous stay at The Riverside. We stayed in one of the Garden rooms which was perfect in every way with thoughtful details, such as a torch to walk back with after dinner, and fresh milk in our fridge for tea/coffee. What really impressed was the service we received from the staff. Even though the bar and restaurant were busy, the manager and his brilliant young team looked after us so well . We will definitely return! ”

“Overall good stay Checkin is 3-6pm which I didn’t realise during booking. Had to phone and wait to get let in as it’s all locked up. Can arrange a late checkin prior which I’ll do in future. The front rooms are within hearing of the village clock but didn’t give much issue. Rooms were good, plently if hot water and nice cooked breakfast from the friendly host Tim. ”

“I think the property is in excellent condition and the location is perfect, there is only one small problem the mattress will need changing soon but i would stay there again but for longer, i would recomend it to anyone including my friends and family ”

“Fantastic hotel in a very peaceful setting with great views of Ludlow castle and the gorgeous countryside. Had a beautiful room with views of the castle. Staff were very friendly and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast served in the dining room with beautiful countryside views. Ludlow town is within easy reach on foot, crossing over the river before climbing the hill alongside the castle. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel.”

“We stayed as joining friends for 60th Birthday and couldn’t fault anything, everyone was friendly, helpful and I’m sure if anything had happened during our stay it would have been sorted. Would return to hotel and recommend to friends & family. Oh and one of the best Breakfasts I’ve had Perfect.”

“Very pleasant stay in amazing looking hotel, takes you back to Tudor. times. Well situated for accessing all of Ludow, 5 min walk to Ludlow Castle - well worth a visit- & the River Teme. Gloriously sunny few days certainly helped!”
