“Beach view was excellent - Weather was good. I did not have any pets.”

“During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.”

“Sheila Smith was so nice and informative during our stay. She has such a welcoming personality and was great at answering all our questions. This was our first time staying and definitely not the last. ”

“The beach View was fine. The room we had was 613 it was located above the air conditioning units which were fairly loud. Couldn’t hear the ocean very well because of the air conditioning units. The room was facing North. ”

“Great staff, great suites, just the cleanliness of the carpets, rugs, hallways, and elevators is a bit worn down and outdated, but this is fine. I like that the resort didn't feel corporate and felt family-friendly. I think if they replaced the carpets, it'd do wonders for the place.”
