“This was such a cute place! My wife loves the Golden Girls so I surprised her with an overnight stay for our 4yr anniversary and she absolutely loved it. Its in a great location only 5-10 mins from downtown/waterfront and in a quiet neighborhood. Brandon had great communication and even offered for us to check in early. Overall great experience and I would not only stay here again myself I'd recommend it to everyone I know.”

“Lovely cottage close to beach access and restaurants. Very clean and the kitchen had everything you need. Appreciated the prompt friendly communication w the owner. Our dog loved the yard and deck. If you love a sunrise or sunset it was really easy to head to the beach from the house. We will definitely stay here next visit to OKI!”

“My spouse and I needed a little separation from all the life's influences. This place fit the bill perfectly. Right across from the beach so we could hear the water. The ease of access to said beach couldn't have been better. Already have 2 more planned.”

“If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Charming and very clean. We liked the old obx atmosphere - with a nice update. Great location with ocean views. The pool was refreshing with ample chairs. There’s a crow’s nest with pergola. Screened in porch on cottage 11 was spacious enough to have dinner outside and still have room to hang towels. The property was well kept. There is private path to the beach is directly across the road. Amanda was friendly and easy to communicate with. We talked……
