“the location is near the tram station, only 15 mins walk to Duomo di Milano. Room was very tidy and clean, served with bathrobe and slippers. Also, interior design of the room was impressive. Staffs were nice and helpful. Highly recommend others to choose the hotel when they visit milan.”
“Ich hatte mit meiner Tochter Ende Juli 2025 das Hotel XXII Marzo für fünf Nächte gebucht. Fazit: Das Hotel/Hostel ist in einem ordentlichen Stadtteil mit vielen Bars, Restaurants und vom Stadtkern nur etwa 1 km entfernt. Diverse Busse oder Straßenbahnen sind nur etwa 100 m entfernt, falls man nicht mehr ganz so gut zu Fuß ist. Das Hotel ist auf zwei Eingänge aufgeteilt. Alles dort inklusive unserem Zimmer (07) war sehr sauber. In den zwei getrennten Betten haben wir Dank ordentlicher Matratzen……
“Das Hotel hat uns ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade gegeben, nachdem sie erfahren haben, dass wir für unsere Flitterwochen da waren. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sowohl schön als auch praktisch eingerichtet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist eher überschaubar, aber trotzdem ist für jeden was dabei. Sehr gut hat mir gefallen, dass Rührei und Ähnliches für jeden Gast frisch zubereitet werden.”
“Excellent conditions and super nice and helpful staffs. Well equipped kitchen including dish washing machine. Big size room with washing/drying machine which is great for me.
The air conditioner only work in warm mode because of the winter setting, that make us too hot especially during the sleep. ”

“Viaggio a Milano in occasione di una laurea. Scelta casuale, soprattutto per la zoan, vicina a dove si svolgeva l'evento. Molto soddisfatto dell'accoglienza, e dell'appartamento. Ritornerei a utilizzare l'appartamento se necessario.”
"I have mentioned to have a silent room about one month before I arrive. Unfortunately the room window towards bar street which makes noise at night and morning also included truck noise, street cleaning noise … otherwise all are good! Especially the food in sfizo, good quality and tasty as usual! Really suggest to go to try! The team from hotel is good! Smiling and warm. "
"The condition of the room and hotel is really bad. Looks like they haven't renovate or maintain it for the last 10 years. The carpet felt very dirty, even the floor beneath the carpet was broken, when you walk you felt a sudden depression hole underneath! This is really horrible condition."
