“I almost lost my bag. In the end my coat was stranded at the hotel. I chose not to have my coat because I had a flight to catch. The service staff changed a few times, but none of them satisfied me. They were either very anxious or seemed to want to sleep. They almost left my driver's license in his copier and almost prevented me from boarding the plane. It's horrific, kind of unbelievable. “This was a great 3 day stay. Our room was clean, common areas were clean and we were welcome to use them. The highway was easily accessible. Breakfast was good. The shower had great pressure. But to top it all off...the staff. They all treated us like they were our best friends. So welcoming and accommodating.
