“I liked the open part of the property we ate dinner with our friends that stayed in another cabin. Cabins were cute, I loved all the little details. Our tub was clogged that was a negative. Nice hike around the reservoir. Food options nearby were good but limited. ”

“The room itself is good, there are many amenities including a Keurig, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. Some of the windows don't work well but the sound of the creek rushing by is soothing. We loved sitting out by the creek and the fire. We had a bbq there too. Our host helped me recover my lost item and I really appreciated that. Check in was easy and the walk into town was really close to town. ”

“We are in love with Miner's Cabin! At first, it was a little disorienting for us because it was a new area of Placerville that we hadn't experienced. However, it just took about 2 seconds and we fell head over heels. The property is meticulous and the hosts are accommodating yet allow you all the space you need to feel like you're home. The horses and the chickens, are great, but the special little sitting areas and the water lily pond felt like heaven. We can't wait to go back.”

“I stayed here with my 5 girlfriends for a weekend to celebrate my 50th. After a couple of them left, some of the Dads came up with the kids. The property was spacious with ample bathrooms. Everything was really clean. My friends enjoyed the extra spices that were left behind in the pantry for cooking our meals. We roamed the property near the creek and the kids enjoyed the fair garden. We were finally able to enjoy the jacuzzi right before we left. We can't wait to come back! Just a head's up……

“The Cozy Cabin was exactly that. Beautiful surroundings and easy to locate. My family and I had plans to ski at Soda Springs for the weekend, which was a short 30 minutes to the hill, which worked out perfectly. Out of the hustle and bustle of traffic and a quiet retreat.
