“The staff was exceptionally great”

“The staff was very friendly! Rooms were clean and comfy! However, I am glad I checked my bank account before leaving because I was charged almost an extra $300 on my bank account when I did not owe that at all! Spoke to the lady at the counter and I’m hoping I see all that I was almost charged on my account”

“还行吧 周边什么都没有 没有那么方便 酒店也没餐厅 叫餐也不方便 要吃饭就去附近其他酒店 人特别多 ”

“Staff was a bit rude I called before hand days in advance to advise we would be checking in late, as in the next day early morning because we were driving in from Texas. I was told it would be ok and that my room would be ready. Upon arrival the lady checking us in was acting like it was her first day. And then proceeded to tell me my booking did not exist! After a 13 hour drive I was not having it. The room I booked was not available, so they put us in a handicap accessible room as a last……
