“Great house and good location on the lake. Clean and plenty of stuff to do. Emailed check out directions didn’t quite match the paper directions at the house but not a big deal. Neighbors on both sides were super nice but the lady across the street was not. She asked us in person to turn the music down so we completely turned it off and she still contacted the homeowner. Homeowner was super nice and understanding about it.”

“The house is very clean, comfortable and in a great location. The property and surrounding areas are beautiful. Easy access to the water and close to essentials. ”

“Quiet, secluded, and you can beach your boat on the property. This is the fourth place we have stayed on Sam Rayburn, and by far the best. We will rent it again.”

“Everything was great! We only stayed one night. We were moving our daughter from Houston to Omaha, NE. This was the perfect place to stay since it had a kitchen, bathroom, and shower. The cabin was pristine and everthing we needed for our stay.”

“We enjoyed our stay we ate out the whole stay so didn't really use the kitchen but we will not stay at this location again but they have other properties I would like to check out here are the cons, driveway is not made for boats you have to back in a narrow uphill path, the hot tub needs some maintenance , the mosquitos were bad so the little kids could not play outside much, the wifi does go in and out and we d goutoutside,”
