“My 82-year-old mother, my aunt, and I stayed the weekend at this house. It had everything we needed! The only drawback is that my mom could have used some handrails in the bathroom. The house is located in a very quiet and historic neighborhood. The property manager was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. We highly recommend staying there.”

“Perfect location for my family, as we were in town for a wedding in Bastrop. Plenty of space, quiet. River was a big plus. Hosts were communicative. Would stay here again if we were headed to the area!”

“The electricity was off because of a storm when we arrived. The hotel offered to reimburse our $$ but we had no where else to stay. So we used our flashlights and went to our room. The electricity came on about midnight. The next day I asked if they could comp our night because of the power outage but the said is was beyond their control so couldn’t refund our money. It would have been nice to have received a refund. But otherwise the stay was fine. ”

Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a good variety of options for people with different dietary needs. The location was convenient to where I needed to be. There was an issue with water in the hallway because another guest had dripped a lot of water from the pool to the elevator, and the staff got that cleaned up quickly after I let them know about it Negatives ...
