“Absolutely lovely little B&B. We stayed in the green room and the space was clear and plentiful. The food was amazing and we were greeted with fresh cinnamon buns on the day that we arrived. Breakfast was super tasty and everyone was so friendly. The only downside would be if you're a light sleeper you will hear other people in the morning but it wasn't a big deal for us, we're planning to head back for another long weekend in August so would HIGHLY recommend. ”

“Kersbrook hotel is a beautiful thatched roof hotel in Lyme Regis within walking distance of the town and the famous Cobb. The full English breakfasts were amazing and the staff were wonderful! The hotel had special significance since I used to live next door in the 1960’s. My only complaint, and this is true of all English country hotels, is that the shower was difficult to to use. Overall, a wonderful experience. Thank you Alex”

“Enjoyed the Royal Lion especially the location and free parking. We were allowed to park before check in time and after check out time which was particularly valuable for central Lyme Regis. The location in the heart of the town was ideal, we didn’t need the car at all during our stay. The hotel was very clean and freshly painted, but furniture and fittings a little dated. Our room sloped a bit, but all part of the charm of a period hotel. Reception efficient but not overly welcoming, which one……

“Lovely country pub with loads of character. Located in a small village, in an isolated, quiet location. Warm welcome from the Land Lady and Scrappy Do. Friendly and helpful staff. Stayed two nights, room clean and comfortable with tea/coffe and TV. Free wifi, useful as there was no phone signal. Ate at the pub both nights, tasty, reasonably priced food. Recomend the Venison pie with a glass of red. Overall, an excellent stay, definately recommend. Will be staying again when back in the area.”
