“This was a beautiful stop on our Tuscany tour. The property is lovely, and the only thing that would make it better is warm weather so we could use the pool. There is a washing machine for guests to use, which is extremely helpful. A drying rack was in the room to use. The bed could have been more comfortable, but the breakfast was generous and tasty.”

“Our fist time experience with a castle hotel is pleasant. We arrived at a rainy day and thus a bit of difficulties in lifting our heavy luggage to the reception - you have to walk a few wet and muddy stone steps from the parking place. Despite that, everything else of our accommodation is nice. The heating is also well functioned considering most other hotels or agriturismo do not offer heating in late April. “Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night.
