“We were pleasantly surprised by this property, and wished that our travel itinerary was such that we could have stayed more than just one night. Beth, the innkeeper, is personable and tends to every detail. The property is lovely and peaceful. Great dining options just a walk away, train to the city around the corner, and a lovely neighborhood to walk around and revel in the architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright. Highly recommended inn. We shall reurn.”

“I would first like to start out by giving a shout out to Crystal and Desmond. I accidentally booked my room for the next week and didn't have a room that night when I showed up. At the time there was multiple weddings going on and the hotel was absolutely packed. Crystal and Desmond went out of their way and made it happen and getting me a room, with a balcony! If it wasn't for these two amazing individuals, I wouldn't have had a beautiful relaxing weekend to myself. So if Crystal and Desmond……

“At one point, Rainbow Motel.may have been down, but the new owners are worki g to turn the experience around. What you get: a clean room with TV and a comfortable bed and shower. But, youre also RIGHT across from arguably one of the BEST bakeries in the country (Weber's Bakery -fresh morning sonuts and pastries), around the corner from Chicago's most popular beef sandwich (Portillo's), within a 2 minute walk of several other restaurants as well as an Aldi, Walgreens and Ace Hardware.
