“Arrived too warm welcome at reception.Able to access the room which was on the second floor and had a balcony looking towards the sea. The room is comfortable with air-conditioning the breakfast was superb Continental style is home-made bread and cakes unlimited tea and coffee pool has a small childrens area next to a small play area.The location is just across from grottemarre beach The hotel has parking for around about eight cars with two charging points. It’s about a 30 minute walk into the……

“Great place to stay for our trip to Venice. It was a bit out of the way but it made up for it by the nice quiet resort. Food was excellent, staff very helpful and with the quiet location we got a good night sleep. The breakfast was first class. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely stay again”

“Great location and possibly the most comfortable bed I've had on vacation in a very long while. Staff were very friendly, and breakfast was a decent selection. We were 2 minutes away from the main square with plenty of restaurants to choose from (although many were starting to close for holiday by mid-October). The beach is also easily accessible by foot, about 15 minutes mainly by stairs.”
