“Staff was great!”

“The hotel was good. Breakfast ok. Biggest complaint is that I called 48 hours before was came so that all 6 rooms I booked would be near each other. My grandmothers room was not near ours and our full deposit was not returned for 3 out of 6 rooms. The rooms were all completely straightened up before we left like always.”

“Very nice, comfortable and clean. Love the bed and pillows. Staff was friendly and breakfast was decent. Love that the coffee machine had options of latte and cappuccino. Would definitely stay again. I even liked the little patio outside”

“Overall we had a very pleasant experience. The room was lovely and other than a few very minor complaints (a loose bar in the shower, very slippery shower floor - please be careful! Both my husband and I almost fell - and extremely starchy and stiff towels, which seems standard fare for hotels these days) we had a nice time. The hotel breakfast buffet also left a bit to be desired as there wasn’t much variety, but hey, it’s free and complimentary so if it’s not your cup of tea, there are plenty……

“Only negative I can say isn’t any one persons fault, but the internet was down upon arrival causing a long check in line and some guests couldn’t check in at all. Other than that, stay was great ”

“Great hotel to stay at in the Woodlands. The area is beautiful and convenient for shopping and dining needs. ”

“We enjoyed our stay with a couple of caveats. First, we were booked into a Handicap Room, but did not ask for one. We asked to change and were told we could not. Seems unfortunate as we didn't want to take a room that someone may need. Second, the hotel does need a refresh. Wall paper was peeling off the walls and sheetrock repairs were done poorly and need to be redone.”

“Went for an over night stay to escape children and pets for a bit. Very nice bar with a friendly staff. The entire staff from the valet to the front desk staff were courteous and professional. We will definitely stay there again. ”
