“We had a very nice time , everything was great . The only thing I would suggest is , getting some of the pool slide areas resurfaced . The stairs are extremely slippery , we saw multiple kids slip in that area . They have wet floor signs but that does not help . The the small slide to get off the landing pool needs some of the coating that slippery floor has . The kids had a tough time sliding off of it. ”

“The hotel was good. Breakfast ok. Biggest complaint is that I called 48 hours before was came so that all 6 rooms I booked would be near each other. My grandmothers room was not near ours and our full deposit was not returned for 3 out of 6 rooms. The rooms were all completely straightened up before we left like always.”

“Went for an over night stay to escape children and pets for a bit. Very nice bar with a friendly staff. The entire staff from the valet to the front desk staff were courteous and professional. We will definitely stay there again. ”

“This property is absolutely perfect. The gentleman who checked us in was an huge help with questions we had about the area. There is some work being done on the 4th floor but you wouldn't even know if they didnt tell you. All of the photos they have listed on the various apps and sites are exactly as you will find when you arrive. Completely perfect location completely quite and calm area to rest and relax. ”

“Everything is great! Cozy and clean room, friendly front desk staffs and housekeepers. Free parking. A bit bad access to Wi-Fi for the first-time log-in. Unclear road sign as well as bad google map direction, it's better to drive in by Northgate crossing Blvd., instead of Hardy Fwy. because the entrance will be closed if road tree trimming, but there are no notice sign ahead.”
