“Lady at the front desk was amazing. Elevater didn’t work but that’s not a problem for us and not their fault. Was clean enough. Kinda noisy upstairs but otherwise was fine. The reviews were terrible but that wasn’t really our experience there. Loved the boot store next door. Saw two roaches but they stayed hidden till time for us to leave lol I’ve been worse places LITERALLY. The bed smelled like pee tho bad and that was the only real problem for me. ”

“Staff was amazing, however, there were some unfortunate issues. Refrigerator broken (replaced quickly) Received dirty blanket, unknown stain (quickly replaced) Staff offered compensation. Staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Very nice, comfortable and clean. Love the bed and pillows. Staff was friendly and breakfast was decent. Love that the coffee machine had options of latte and cappuccino. Would definitely stay again. I even liked the little patio outside”

“The hotel was good. Breakfast ok. Biggest complaint is that I called 48 hours before was came so that all 6 rooms I booked would be near each other. My grandmothers room was not near ours and our full deposit was not returned for 3 out of 6 rooms. The rooms were all completely straightened up before we left like always.”

“Overall we had a very pleasant experience. The room was lovely and other than a few very minor complaints (a loose bar in the shower, very slippery shower floor - please be careful! Both my husband and I almost fell - and extremely starchy and stiff towels, which seems standard fare for hotels these days) we had a nice time. The hotel breakfast buffet also left a bit to be desired as there wasn’t much variety, but hey, it’s free and complimentary so if it’s not your cup of tea, there are plenty……
