“A lovely hotel. Nathan and Jay were so welcoming. Nothing was too much. Lovely room spotlessly clean. Bed really comfortable pillows and quilt really nice. Kettle with all complimentary items, a choice of mixed tea bags, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits and welcome drinks of bottled waters. Hotel is in prime location 10 mins walk to main retail shopping area and 20 mins in to main town and pier.. would highly recommend and we will definitely be booking again very soon. ”

“The property is ideally suited for events at Venue Cymru, which is next door. We had a family room, fronting the promenade with a fantastic view of the bay.The hotel was renovated last year and there were many thoughtful touches. “We stop in Llandudno fairly regularly but this is first time in this hotel. It is close to theatre where we were going to. Very friendly staff, breakfast great, don't do evening meal and no hotel parking. Room was ok but water was cold and radiator didn't work. Both problems sorted promptly. Great value for money so may return next time we book theatre.”
