“The pools are great and heated. Perfect for kids. The food is pretty good for an all inclusive. The machine coffee could be improved upon, maybe try the lavazza brand? But the hotel needs patching up, a deep clean and some renovations to get it back to 4 star standard. Long queues for drinks at the pool bar . Warm water at breakfast. Kids club was well run and the kids mini disco was fun. Great animation team. The bedrooms were a bit tight for 4. A squash and a squeeze”

“Tipico complesso Barceló, noi abbiamo preso la suite vista piscina con il giardinetto e la soluzione era molto carina e funzionale. Personale disponibile anche se un pò in difficoltà a gestire richieste extra o non in spagnolo. Noi avevamo la necessità di pasti senza glutine e l'offerta non era molto varia e necessitava per la cena di prenotazione il.giorno prima.”

“Buonissima struttura, vi sono - a mio parere - solo leggerissime correzioni da apportare solo di natura organizzativa. Ad esempio: il personale addetto alle camere non è a conoscenza del funzionamento dell'impianto di climatizzazione, è stato necessario attendere un addetto alla manutenzione; non si trova una legenda riportante i numeri di telefono interni, ho dovuto chiedere ad un impiegato il numero della reception (9); non vi sono indicazioni sulle modalità di connessione al wifi della……

“Excellent hotel. Welcome drink on arrival. Staff are very friendly. Room appears to have been recently renovated. Hotel was quiet. Largely couples in their 45 - 60s. Perfect if you’re looking for somewhere to relax. Food and drinks weren’t overpriced. No issues with the wifi and there are usb plugs by the bed. Would stay again if in the area. ”

“Stayed here for 7 nights. The property was very clean, staff were very friendly. The pool area was nice, with plenty of sunbeds all day long. The poolside bar had a big choice of drinks for the afternoon. We ate breakfast a lot at the attached restaurant, with lots of options, and the coffee was lovely. We got multiple taxis from the hotel. It was easy to do: just ask the hotel reception to get one. There was usually no more than a 15-minute wait. We did have an issue with our room having……

“I enjoyed my stay. The apartment was very comfortable. I just had one minor issue with ants but on reporting the matter to Reception they sent someone to my apartment to resolve the problem. Although the spray provided did not eradicate them permanent I bought “Ant Bait Traps” in the supermarket which resolved the issue.”
