“Arrived on Friday night, late for checking in and dinner, he asked the kitchen and we were able to dine, Saturday/Sunday morning breakfast was amazing, we both had the Full Breakfast, between the accommodation/staff and food the weekend stay was amazing and will be booking again, last but not least the price for the weekend was very reasonable ”

“Really lovely place right on Loch Fyne. A lovely walk you can do, off road, that takes you round to the Loch Fyne Oyster Bar. Lovely evening meal and breakfast Really friendly staff Gave a four not a five as no hot water from the bathroom sink tap but shower was lovely and hot”

“I really like this hotel. If you like old style architecture like me this is great. We stayed in the arran room where the view was amazing looking down on the ferry terminal. The room was spacious and comfortable.”

“Old school charm with friendly staff and a small and homely bar which was great to welcome some childhood friends of mom’s. Triple beds were a plus for the intervenerational travelers.lovely big towels! ”

“I had a great weekend. The house was more rustic than what the pictures convey but the house was charming. I felt like i was in the middle of nowhere. Views were beautiful even with the lashing down rain. The wood burner in the living room was perfect to create an atmosphere. The house had everything we needed for a weekend. I did have to contact the owners to check a couple of things and they were great and communicated quickly and resolved all matters. The house could do with a freshen up,……

“The property was very nice for staying a few days with friends. There were some small issues with locks and cabinets breaking but overall not too bad. We did however have to vacate one of the rooms due to a problem with bees, however the owners were very lovely, easy to contact, and did everything they could to help us with this. Location is great for a short stay, with buses available close by, and a beach within walking distance, however any longer than a week and you may run out of things to……
