“The staff on arrival were amazing. There was no space in the car park and one of staff moved their vehicle so we had a place to park. The check in process was seamless and all staff were ready to help us if needed. The room was immaculate and had everything we needed. “This was a fun castle hotel. The decore of the bar and lounges were great. The view of the Lich was very nice the staff were friendly and they served a great breakfast. Our only complaint was the musty smell in the room. It got better with the window open. ”

“A wonderful 2-night getaway birthday weekend! Everything was first rate: friendly staff, the warmest of welcomes, Great spa treatments, excellent pool, sauna and steam bath, clean and comfortable room, and excellent meals! “Very welcoming staff, nice clean and spacious room, with beautiful sea view. Lots of choices for breakfast and a generous sausage for our dog. We would advise taking ear plugs because the village church, which is nearby, charms every 15 minutes through out the night!! Very quiet otherwise. ”

“Totally wonderful, the view from the dining hall was stunning. The staff were great and so helpful. It was a birthday treat for my wife, and there was a lovely box of chocolates from the hotel in our room, which was a lovely gesture. The food was exquisite, so all in all it was a perfect few days in paradise 🙂🙂”

“We booked this hotel at the last minute rather than going into Glasgow. It's unique. Hard to describe really. Our apartment not only had a kitchen and three bathrooms, but also a fully functioning sauna. the rugs were a bit dingy but overall it was amazing. the staff could not be more helpful or pleasant. We only ate at the restaurant once for a Caesar salad, and I might skip that. the grounds are stunning as you can see in the photos. A couple things you might want to know. It is VERY……
