“Be prepared that the property has no on-site staff. And response to your questions aren't very timely. That said, we had no issues. Amenities are nice. The property is well-kept, very clean and new smelling. And nice eye-catching addition is the small art gallery that is right off the lobby. Oh, and parking, while complimentary, is a block and a half away. Not far but not on site. ”

“One block from the Historical Santa Fe Plaza and approximately 2 blocks to the St Francis Cathedral (spiral staircase). Comfortable hotel with a beautiful courtyard. Convenient secure parking garage for a small fee. ”

“Amazing property and even more amazing staff! Great service and they knew my name after the first day and it was such a nice touch! You can tell they really care about every guest, I had an extremely early check out time and they had my car pulled up and someone to meet me in the morning with coffee brewed already! It was the best ever!!! ”

“The pool remodel is beautiful and the water is perfect. Walking distance to everything in the plaza. A/C units in some rooms are loud. Staff offered a quieter room. All staff members were polite, professional, very helpful and the most friendly ever. ”

“We can't say enough good things about this B&B. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the rooms were cozy and quaint. Fireplace use is amazing and the rooms were very large. Our room had a bathroom that was disconnected (read the fine print) but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast in the morning was FANTASTIC!! ”

“We went to Sante Fe for a birthday weekend and stayed at the Eldorado. We enjoyed our stay and the staff were friendly and hospitable. We would have like to enjoy the pool, however there was inclement weather. The hotel is clean and beautiful. ”
