“Though it doesn't locate in city center, bus is convenient to access. Room is well maintained and you can find good taste of owner from decoration. Owner is hospitality and helpful. It is a great experience of stay in Edinburgh. ”

“Good location for us. Parking avaiilable in Abercorn Avenue. Morrisons close by. Good access to buses into town. Good walks nearby. Friendly manager. Clean. We were at the back of the guesthouse. Couldn’t hear any traffic. ”

“The landlad, Linda was extremely helpful. She booked golf tee time for us at a nearby golf course. soffiicinet free car parks provided. Quite near to the city centre. free wifi od strong signal. A extremely warm and comfortable B&B. A bit expensive in the weekend but I think that is Edinburgh in weekend.”

“Nice location for me for a visit to Arthur's seat through Holyrood park Rd. The room is warm and cozy consider the price. Still, it could be better if they are able to store my luggage.”

“The property was so beautiful, both inside and in the surrounding gardens, landscape and nearby buildings. The location was fantastic. The washer / dryer was a welcome amenity. The only issue I had was when some unruly (possible?) guests were unable to get the single front door to work at about 4:30 in the morning and woke us up with their screaming and excessive and aggressive pounding on the door. A call to the hotel help line did not resolve the issue, as someone was sent to the property,……
