“Beautiful place to stay with a gorgeous lakeside deck. It was fun having a billiards table to play. The host is very kind and friendly. She was next door and greeted us and made sure we didn’t need anything. The one thing to keep in mind since I’m not sure it was mentioned in the listing is that the bed is a foldaway bed and the room or suite is not an actual bedroom but a bride/dressing suite. It is located in the second floor of an event venue where they host weddings and other events. Overall……

“Nice little cabin in a great location close to town.”

“What a wonderful place to disconnect with city life and enjoy the beauty of nature. The amenities were also a nice touch - fire pit, hot tub, outdoor grill, tons of outdoor seating and wi-fi (great for the teens in your life). A vast property to hike on and explore. The Brazos River was a relaxing excursion that you can hike to or drive to. They offer a lot of activities on the ranch if you want to be engaged that way, but we didn't do those.
