“We had 2 rooms and they weren’t ready at 3;45 when we got there. We got new rooms and the tv didn’t work, had to call and again because the remote didn’t work. ”

“The room was clean and spacious. I loved having an almost full sized refrigerator/freezer - super convenient! The wi-fi worked really well in the room. I enjoyed the curtain divider to give some privacy at night (we had 2 kids in the room). Great location - close to the Galleria mall, Target, and restaurants. Shout out to India Cafe - we walked there for dinner - super good. One of my favorite features was the free charging stations for hybrid/electric vehicles. It was an unexpected and……
