“The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making for a pleasant stay. The host was responsive and attentive. Although the immediate neighborhood wasn't ideal for leisurely walks, this did not significantly affect our overall experience. Future guests who prioritize the aesthetics of the neighborhood may want to take this into account. However, the property's amenities, waterfront location, and the host's hospitality were commendable.”

“This condo is in desperate need of repairs besides the previous post of issues I’ll give you mine painting needs to be done thru out the place. The kitchen has missing floor trim the ceiling by the refrigerator has water/ mold damage, the bottom of the oven has a sharp thin piece of metal halfway screwed on we’re a bottom drawer was. In the twin bedroom room once again water/mold damaged ceiling holes in the wall electrical outlet covers not put on and one of the doors where the washer and dryer……

“This home is a little jewel. From the outside you would think it’s just another keys small home,but inside it is set up for fun and entertaining. The backyard sits on the convergence of four canals so there is a constant boat parade. The owner himself showed up to welcome us the first day. What a great spot!”

“Quiet neighboorhod,nice shaded outdoor area.home very clean.cons:grill was not usable-rusted out.no top sheets on any beds,only 4 towels for a mo. long stay..which would be ok if there was laundry access.usually find some simple basics at vrbo homes...not even salt & pepper here.overall a good value for the money.”
