“The room I was in was pet friendly and flooring was LVP, which I appreciated. It was very clean but did have a slight dog smell (I had a cat staying with me). The microwave and mini-fridge was very old. These appliances need updating. Also, I was charged a $20 pet fee which had to be paid in cash as I had prepaid through Hotels.com. This was not mentioned on the Hotels.com website. It was fortunate that I had $20 in cash (which I seldom carry cash), otherwise, the manager told me the……

“Convenient low budget hotel close to interstate highway. Decent stark no frills no breakfast hotel on primary road to Smokie Mountains. Not very nice but you get what you don’t pay for. Is one of many chain hotels at this intersection. We, like others, stayed after attending U of Tn football game. Adequate place, pleasant staff, not bad for price but not really much offered either. ”
