“Nice friendly place ”

“This hotel was nice, room was good size and very clean. It was a little hot but had a fan. Check in easy and friendly. Dinners and breakfast was good however a little slow at times. ”

“Excellent location, historic hotel with fantastic views and lovely, spacious rooms. We received an unexpected room upgrade and ended up in a fabulous twin room literally over the waters of Falmouth Harbour! Wish we could stay for a bit longer and enjoy Falmouth (third time visiting for me but always somewhere I want to revisit) and that lovely room! ”

“Amazing place to stay. Great value for money. Breakfast in the mornings always lovely. Food menu is fantastic would highly recommend the fish and chips and Sunday Dinner. “Alicia and Clive were the perfect hosts. Breakfast was superb and nice options offered for Evening Meal. Courtesy tray in room was also very comprehensively stocked with different teas, coffees and hot chocolate. Bedroom and Bathroom impeccably clean and ventilation superb. Bed very comfortable. Will definitely be coming back.”

“Just amazing ”

“A lovely B&B set in a quiet countryside location and yet close to many of Cornwall’s attractions. The property was extremely comfortable with June being the perfect host. The breakfast was outstanding with many choices available. The only improvement that could be made would be a better WiFi signal in the room but this did not affect our stay in any way. I would definitely stay here again.”
