“Sono stato all’Avernum Relais e non posso che consigliarlo vivamente. Il personale è estremamente cortese e attento a ogni esigenza: l’accoglienza è stata calorosa e durante tutto il soggiorno ci siamo sentiti seguiti con grande professionalità e discrezione. La cucina è eccellente: ogni piatto è curato nei minimi dettagli, con sapori autentici e ingredienti freschissimi. L’atmosfera che si respira è unica: il relais si affaccia su un lago incantevole, dove si percepisce una fortissima……

“AC wasn’t working for 2 out of 3 nights. Bathroom layout was a bit awkward to get around and had black mould in the shower. Bed bugs and dusty bed sheets. On the upside a really nice cafe outside and pizza restaurant. Good connection with the train line. View from the balcony was also stunning for the price we paid. But given the chance I’d pay more for better services and cleanliness during our stay elsewhere next time. ”

“What a little gem of a property. While this boutique hotel only has 13 rooms, we were warmly greeted by 3 people when we arrived. We had fabulous connecting rooms, 1 room with a view of Capri and the other facing the lake. The rooms were not big but very well thought out and beautifully decorated and ideal for families. Next to a restaurant for breakfast and bar/terrace the hotel has an amazing fine dining restaurant with a beautiful terrace. Service was wonderful, although a bit slow at……

“Just returned from an 11-day trip to Italy. Stayed in 5 different hotels, most of which were booked through hotels.com. This was BY FAR the best accommodation of trip. The service was impeccable. I felt treated as if I were royalty. Breakfast is made to order and the selection is fabulous. My room had a lovely patio that was steps away from the pool. While the pool was open, I did not take a dip because of the weather. The bed is comfortable. Pretty much everything about this hotel is top……
