“Falha de comunicação. O horário de check-in está anunciado errado e a propriedade deixou um número de telefone incompleto. Tive que recorrer aos vizinhos para localizar alguém para abrir e a pessoa nem me pediu desculpas, mesmo chegando meia hora depois do horário que ela disse ser o certo. Isso atrapalha muito a experiência, mas o quarto em si era bom e a localização conveniente (apesar da entrada do prédio ser um tanto assustadora). Há opções mais simpáticas nos arredores ”

“酒店本来是个大家庭，房间很多，客人就我们一行6个人。正好意大利假期，他们大家庭聚会，很热闹。 酒店窗外就是大海，漂亮!房间也舒适，不错。 我们到达第一天的晚餐也是在酒店里，性价比很高，大厨应该就是他们家的老爷子，手艺高! 早餐是老婆婆负责的，水果盘上盖了一块布，只有几个干瘪的橘子放在显眼的地方。我要求拿布盖着的香蕉，老婆婆很不高兴的掰了个都已经发黑的递给我。我们用餐的时候，老婆婆很大声的打电话，一点都不理会我们这些客人。果汁，牛奶，酸奶量很充裕，咖啡也有好几个口味。只是，第二天，咖啡机坏了，老婆婆脸色更加难看。 以为是温泉，实际上只是一个很小型的带冲浪的游泳池而已，桑拿房也没有暖气。”

“The staffs are very friendly andcready to assist whenever there is a question. The hotel located in upper mountain but with buses organized by the hotel to drop and pick up from sorento, it's suite convenient. We had a very good time!”

“Nos hospedamos 3 dias con mi hija y nos parecio un lugar hermoso. El personal muy atento y cordial, la habitacion con vista al mar era muy bonita. Solo un consejo, siendo que se trata de un lugar con playa, se encuentra alejado de la zona centrica, recomiendo el alquiler de un vehiculo o entender muy bien el sistema de buses. El hotel cuenta con un transfer que te traslada o bien hasta el estacionamiento o hasta la ruta donde pasa el bus. Son cuestiones a tener en cuenta al momento de planificar……

“The hotel had stunning views of the Sorrento town and the Vesuvius volcano, which we enjoyed very much everyday. The hotel shuttle bus to the downtown was very punctual and efficient. There's nothing to complain. We were satisfied with every aspect of the hotel, and would definitely like to stay here again.”
