“Muy bien hotel. Al llegar es un poco confuso ya que es un edifico viejo y es como una vecindad al entrar. Hay que pagar 10 céntimos para usar el elevador. Uno tiene que subir sus maletas 1 piso al llegar. Ya en el hotel no hay queja. Un lugar muy bonito con staff muy amable y una sala de café espectacular. Camas muy muy cómodas . Un poco retirado del centro. Esperen caminar. ”

The hotel is located in a nice cozy neighborhood, with walking distance to various Osterias and Trattorias, Pizzerias, coffee bars and cocktail bars. The hotel was very clean and everything functioned as expected. The owner Lucca was very welcoming and personable, gave us tips on where to go and things to do. We felt very safe walking around. “It located at a convenient location(for shopping or metro). But there is a smell on towel and bathroom(it's not stinky, but I don't like it.) If there is lighter and they provide tissue in room would be better.”

“Enjoyed our stay at Poerio 25 Boutique. Well appointed, large room, generously sized bathroom, modern (and stylish) and clean. Check-in was very quick and easy. Only criticism we had of the room itself was that our air conditioning wasn't the greatest, so it was a little warmer in the room than we hoped for. Otherwise, though, incredible location. Surrounded by little streets full of charming and fun bars, restaurants, coffee shops and boutique stores. Steps away from Via Chiaia and Via……

“Nice spacious bedroom with a separate living area. Very clean. Great view from our balcony. Great location close to the sea, restaurants and the American Embassy. We felt safe in the surrounding neighborhood. Be sure to reserve a parking spot because they only have one available and by reservation only. We paid $20 because it was in a secured underground parking lot and gated. ”

“Apart from the sometimes too-much room fragrance (and opening the window to the small balcony helped of course), this was a great stay and value. Especially if you have to visit the US consulate, which is literally right in front, the convenience is unmatched. Their whatsapp communication was clear and when I had a question, their reply was prompt and helpful. Right off the lungomare to walk to the center but not stuck in tourist land. Excellent pizza restaurant two minutes' walk away: 50 Kalo.”
