“Located on the third floor of a Neapolitan Palazzo - this already is worth booking there. Old Charme on the outside and sleek boutique hotel design inside. “Our windows and the narrow balcony were inside Galleria Umberto. Very unique! Room was small but had everything we needed. Location couldn't be beat, on Via Toledo, 5 min walk to 2 metro stations. 11 min walk to the port. Plenty of shopping and restaurants all around. They gave us vouchers for a continental breakfast at a cafe in the Galleria. Area was safe. Someone was there to check us in. Make sure you let them know when you will arrive, so that person can be available. The man did not speak……
