“This is my 2nd time staying at the Station Lodge. You can't beat the price, the location and both times I've stayed I had nice large rooms. It's literally across the street from the train station, and as this is the last stop on the train you literally don't hear any sounds from the train. AND the trailhead for the Orett trail is also literally across the street. This trail spiders out to many other trails. There are a ton of restaurants, shops, pubs and the awesome grocery store with a cafe……

“We loved our salty ate the lodge. The grounds are tidy and as described being next to the lake and very peaceful. The birds that visit and feed from the deck are beautiful and great to watch. Lodge is warm and cosy and has everything needed for a great stay. Ali was great to deal with and very good with responding if we have any questions. Thank you for such a lovely time in the Lake District for our first time there! ”

“Lovely pet friendly accommodation. Everything was clean and comfortable. Local to loads of different walks and amenities. Couldn't fault anything with the property, the BBQ and pizza oven were an added bonus. Wonderful for a weekend away to explore the Lakes. ”
