“The owner and staff were super friendly and helpful. They truly understand service and making you feel special. The location of this hotel is one of its biggest assets, it is a very short walk to the shopping and dining options in Punda, where you can then walk across the swinging bridge into Otrobando. We walked everywhere around Willemstad comfortably. We rented a car for 3 days and it was easy enough to travel the island and get back to the hotel; parking is very limited. I've read……

“The staff were absolutely terrific. Very friendly and extremely helpful and did not have a single negative interaction with any of them. We had one very minor glitch with a planned activity and they went above and beyond to make it up to (thanks Luis!). The facility is very well maintained and location is fantastic for easy walking around the city. We are already planning our next visit”

“This was an amazing stay. The staff was A-1 it was clean comfortable and the beds were the best! The location was great. The street behind the Citco bank provides lots of fun and live music on Thursday and Saturday. If you don’t want to rent a car and enjoy staying at mambo beach 2.00 will get you there on the bus. “I liked how the Frontdesk associate Shelsie was very helpful and provided excellent service. The only thing that I didn't like was that in the rooms you're not able to use electrical appliances that require 110 V outlets, and that at the front desk we we're told that we could only borrow one per room, whilst there were 2 of us. We had to charge our computers and phones since we were on a business trip. ”

“Nice location close to shops and restaurants. The unit we had featured a full kitchen and living area as well as a lovely patio facing the ocean. The food at the restaurant was very good; however, the service was very slow so we only ate there twice for that reason. The unit had A/C in the bedrooms only, which was fine, but there are no screens on the windows, so by the end of our stay, we had some flying insects in the kitchen/living area. “It is a beautiful and clean facility in a very nice area during the day. Close to restaurants and beaches. Pool gorgeous. We had a beachfront suite with view of the water, which we paid plenty for. The main problem was the extremely loud music on the beaches until midnight. The hotel can’t help that, but it would have been good to understand this before choosing the room. The staff was excellent and good taxi service available. ”
