“I had a great stay at this place in Miami! The property was very nice—clean, stylish, and well-maintained. The amenities were excellent and made the stay super comfortable. What really stood out, though, was the location. It’s centrally located, so everything from restaurants and shops to the beach and nightlife was easily accessible. “We had a good stay despite some issues. The shower wasn't working and it didn't get resolved during our stay. I don't blame the owner of the unit because he had to deal with the building management and they apparently were not doing a good job, and poor communication with the owner and us. ”

“The spot was cozy and had all the essentials for our weekend trip to Miami. As the posting shared the street is really active, so just prepare for that. “Was a great spot to stay to hold over for our cruise. The views at night with the city lights and then the water on the other side was so nice! Check-in/Check-out is a little tricky but not a deal breaker for the views and convenience of location. A short walk gets you to a bunch of bars, restaurants and entertainment. The only negative was we only had four towels but more than four guests. Other then that it was excellent!”

“It was a great location and the staff that worked at Midtown was very nice and helpful. However, if you can find a room in this same building, but from a different renter/owner, I would. Jay was not very responsive. At times wouldn't respond at all to my questions. The key to the building and elevator wouldn't work and so you always had to ask the front desk to get you to where you needed to go. I would say this unit sleeps 5 and not the 6 it states. The couch bed could fit two kids, but not two……

“Check-in process was a little odd since the front desk at the residence doesn’t check you in, but a third party does. However, once you figure out who you need to talk to, it was very smooth.
